Upon completing a degree in Architectural Lighting Design from Texas Christian University, our owner went back to the construction industry and found that more and more builders and contractors were turning to cheaper materials that don't last or hold up to the day to day lives of the customer.  Everything was all about chasing a bottom line.  So our owner, Race Marcy, set out to create a company that would do the opposite.  At FrontLit we want to offer a quality product and build a luxury design that lasts a lifetime and is flexible with our customers needs.  To accomplish this, we use an American made and manufactured light that is CNC built out of aluminum and backed by a limited 20 year factory warranty.  Your lighting installation will also come with a maintenance program that will keep your lights looking new, running in tip top shape, and cover damages that may occur during the lifetime of your light.  We also offer forward planning on our designs to allow customers to implement their lighting in phases, breaking down the job into smaller payment plans.  At FrontLit we are all about meeting our customers needs and delivering a final product that blows them away, allowing them to better enjoy their outdoor space at all hours for years to come.     

Life happens.  At FronLit Concepts we offer all customers the opportunity to participate in our lighting maintenance program.

• What will it cover?

  • Think of our program like an extra warranty.  While factory warranties only cover internal damages and "from factory issues" our maintenance program will cover everything the factory does not.  

• Whats included?

  • In FrontLit's program, our team will come out  2 - 3 times a year and check the lighting system with a fine toothed comb.  This will cover physical inspection of each light to ensure no damages have occured, all wires are still properly burried, and the lights are properly adjusted.  The program will also cover testing the lighting system to ensure all lights are properly functioning.  Finally any lights that appear dirty will be cleaned to ensure they last longer and shine brighter.  

• Do I need the maintenance program?

  • In short you may opt out of our maintenance program, however, not having the maintenance program will void the lights warranty.  

  • FrontLit Concepts is a lighting design and installation company that exclusively utilizes Garden Light LED products in all their projects.  Garden Light offers a 20 year warranty on all LED products and a 10 year warranty on halogen fixtures (excluding physical damages).  However, it is required that in order for fixtures to be covered under the warranty they must be serviced regularly by the installer.  

  • Think about it like your cars warranty.  You have to get your car serviced by trained professionals and not your uncle who "knows a thing or two" in order to get the benefits of a warranty when something goes wrong on the car. Garden Light LED's are no different.
